Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of software development experience designing and building commercial/enterprise class backend platform/components. Deep understanding, and strong hands on experience - Multithreading, Networking (including non-blocking IO), HTTP and REST APIs. Understanding of web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, SAML, WSDL. 工作职责
You will be part of an Agile team and take part in every aspect of the product, from planning to design to implementation and documentation. You will work closely with engineers, QA, and project managers throughout the software lifecycle in successfully delivering best-in-class secure and scalable systems. You will play a key role developing distributed build and orchestration systems, increase the velocity and confidence of our deployments with enhanced observability and continuous delivery, and design tools and workflows that improve engineering efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable backend capabilities as part of our Live Operability (LiveOps) framework used by our live games • Troubleshoot customer issues and help them use the system effectively • Provide round-the-clock, first-line production environment support on a rotating on-call duty • Take technical ownership of our Live Operability (LiveOps) framework • Contribute to developing new solutions to customer problems and evolving needs
1、大模型应用系统架构设计:设计并实现大模型应用整体后端架构(API 层、编排层、Agent 层、工具层);构建 LLM + RAG + Tool Calling + Workflow 的服务框架;构建稳定可复用的大模型调用封装层。 2、Agent 与工作流系统开发:构建可扩展的 Agent 执行框架(ReAct / Planner-Executor / Multi-Agent);设计工具调用协议(MCP、Tool Schema、Function Calling);支持复杂任务拆解、状态管理、上下文管理、长短期记忆管理。 3、RAG 与知识系统建设:构建知识索引与向量检索系统;设计高性能 embedding + 向量数据库架构;优化召回准确率、时效性与成本效率。 4、高并发与稳定性保障:构建支持高并发请求的大模型服务网关,优化模型调用延迟与成本,设计缓存机制,保障 SLA、容灾、限流、熔断。 5、多模态与实时系统支持:支持文本、语音、图像、多模态模型接口;支持流式输出(Streaming);构建实时交互系统(如 AI 助手)。
1. 版图工具开发与优化:主导版图设计相关工具的开发与维护,根据设计团队需求迭代工具功能,提升版图设计效率与自动化水平; 2. Layout团队技术支持:为Layout团队提供日常技术支撑,快速响应并解决版图设计过程中的工具与流程问题,确保设计任务顺畅推进; 3. Tape-out流程优化:主控设计团队Tape-out环节的技术支持,推动数据交付(DBR)流程的标准化与效率优化,降低Tape-out风险。
