Derive actionable insights from comprehensive business reviews to define strategic direction, develop robust roadmaps, and support the projects implementation. Deep dive existing operational data and business processes to uncover optimization opportunities, translating these findings into prioritized capital and non-capital initiatives. Consult with Project Teams on high-level requirements and strategies that impact RCC’s strategic marketplace teams, ensuring the highest level of customer experience is tailored and scalable across China platforms. Continuously explore and evaluate innovative product solutions and technological capabilities to keep RCC aligned with evolving market trends and industry best practices. Collaborate with the technical and business teams to ensure systems are ready for new product launches and are optimized to drive desired business outcomes. Build positive relationships with all key cross-functional partners and contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.
• Assess current business processes for improvement opportunities to assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of the RCC roadmap for both capital and non-capital work • Consult with Project Teams on high-level requirements and strategies that impact RCC’s strategic marketplace teams ensuring the highest level of customer experience in a scalable manner • Collaborate with the technical and business teams to ensure systems are ready for new product launches aware optimized to drive desired business outcomes • Build positive relationships with all key cross-functional partners and contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn • Supervise operational metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and participate in quarterly and annual business planning and forecasting reviews
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize high-performance AI operators and GPU kernels for training and inference workloads.Analyze and improve kernel performance through profiling, memory optimization, kernel fusion, parallelization, and architecture-aware tuning.Develop GPU kernels using CUDA, HIP, Triton, or similar programming frameworks.Build AI-powered coding agents and automation workflows for kernel generation, optimization, benchmarking, and validation.Collaborate with model and infrastructure teams to improve end-to-end AI system performance.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience.Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python.Hands-on experience in GPU kernel development and optimization using CUDA, HIP, Triton, or similar frameworks.Solid understanding of GPU architecture and performance optimization, including memory hierarchy, occupancy, register pressure, and shared memory.Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools such as Nsight, rocprof, or equivalent.Experience with AI operators such as GEMM, Attention, MoE, Embedding, or other performance-critical workloads.Preferred QualificationsDeep experience in GPU kernel optimization, including kernel fusion, memory optimization, communication/computation overlap, performance modeling, or optimization of AI operators such as GEMM, Attention, MoE, and Embedding.Experience building coding agents, code generation systems, or AI-assisted software engineering tools.Experience with large-scale AI training or inference systems.Nice-to-Have Experience with LLM post-training, including SFT, RLHF, DPO, GRPO, or related techniques.Publications or open-source contributions in GPU optimization, AI systems, or coding agents. #LI-JW2
• Understand Functionality, Architecture, Feature Algorithm and RTL implementation of IP design. • Create dedicated IP-level Power model for early power estimation, if any architecture change or new added feature needed. • Co-work with IP owner to define the power target with different workloads and application scenarios. • Use internal-developed power flow and analysis tools to look for power saving opportunities; drive IP owner to implement the fixes. • Explore new methodology to identify more wasted activities in the design and find solutions to save the power. • Develop automation flow to help improve the efficiency of power analysis.
• Lead the software development in C/C++, Python, and in GPU languages such as CUDA, ROCm, or Triton• Analyze metrics and identify opportunities based on offline and online testing, develop and deliver robust and scalable solutions.• Work with cutting-edge hardware stacks and a fast-moving software stack to deliver best-of-class inference and optimal cost.• Engage with key partners to understand and implement inference and training optimization for state-of-the-art LLMs and other models.
