任职要求 1、硕士及以上学历，运筹学、工业工程、计算机、数学、统计学、GIS等相关专业。 2、熟练掌握图算法、最优化理论、强化学习等相关算法，具备将实际业务问题抽象为数学规划模型并求解的丰富经验；熟悉常用求解器（OR-Tools、Gurobi、CPLEX等）的调用与调优，能够根据不同问题规模与场景特点选择合适的求解策略。 3、熟练掌握Uplift建模、定价策略、诊断归因、营销增长等因果推断算法，熟悉CFRNet、DML等主流推断框架，能独立完成从建模、上线到迭代的全流程。 4、能够搭建面向模糊业务需求的自动化交互澄清与结构化拆解Agent，包括识别核心决策变量、提取显隐性约束边界、区分多级主次目标；联动传统机器学习模型对…
