Product Strategy & Management * Define product strategy and roadmap for Global Selling initiatives * Develop and communicate product requirements * Work with internal and external technology teams to develop products and resolve issues * Own product success metrics and continuous improvement * Manage stakeholder relationships and drive data-driven decision making Customer Success & Solution Implementation * Develop and execute launch strategies for new technologies * Coordinate cross-functional implementation and testing * Monitor and optimize customer satisfaction and system performance Technical Leadership & Development * Lead and manage engineering teams in project scoping, planning, and delivery of multiple technical product solutions * Drive technical architecture decisions and implementation of software development life cycle practices * Collaborate with PMs to evaluate the optimal technical solution * Lead solution options evaluation and assist with PMs on vendor management * Oversee coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing * Recruit, mentor, and develop software engineering talent * Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
- Identify opportunities across the Global Selling Brand growth life cycle, build up new products/services to help the growth and success of Global Selling Brands, define go-to-market strategy and drive the success of the products. - Clearly define and communicate Seller Experience pain points, gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners. - Raise the bar on Seller experience and work with product and tech teams to improve product features. - Work with business and marketing functions to drive go-to-market plan.
- Product Management: Own and execute large, complex studies end to end — including scoping with business leaders, designing methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, generating recommendations and presenting results to senior leaders. - Strategic research: Translate complex business problems into analytical requirements and hypotheses. Apply diverse mythologies such as desktop research, expert interviews, qualitative interviews, and quantitative surveys to derive insights. - Technology Acumen: Lead technical assessments and deep dives to understand technology and underlying systems. - Stakeholder Management: Build strong relations with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities, inform our roadmap, and drive business growth, process improvement, and cost efficiency through insights. - Trends and Innovation Monitoring: Discover, track, and evaluate global industry and technology trends to inform strategy and product innovations at Amazon. - Process Improvement: Continuously innovate and scale our methodologies to optimize efficiency and impact.
Product Strategy & Development - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products in compliance domains - Identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities - Design and launch AI-powered solutions that reduce friction and improve Seller experience - Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, automation, and decision quality - Lead continuous product optimization using experimentation, data insights, and user feedback. Technical Leadership - Partner with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI/ML and LLM-based solutions. - Define clear technical requirements, success metrics, and guardrails for AI-powered features and workflows. - Oversee end‑to‑end execution cycles, ensuring on‑time delivery, reliability, and strong business outcomes. - Champion data‑informed decision making across product initiatives, leveraging experimentation and A/B testing where appropriate. Stakeholder Management - Lead cross‑functional collaboration between central product/program teams, tech teams, operations, legal/compliance, and external partners. - Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and impact clearly to senior leadership, including trade‑offs and decision rationale. - Drive alignment and change management across CN and global teams, ensuring scalable adoption of AI solutions. - Influence stakeholders at multiple levels to remove roadblocks and accelerate delivery.

Technical Leadership * Partner with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI/ML and LLM-based learning features. * Define clear technical requirements, success metrics, and guardrails for AI-powered education workflows. * Oversee end‑to‑end product development cycles, from discovery and design through implementation and launch. * Promote data-informed decision making and experimentation across all product initiatives. Stakeholder & Program Management * Lead cross‑functional collaboration between product, program, tech, content, marketing, and operations teams. * Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior leadership, highlighting trade‑offs and impact. * Drive alignment and change management across CN and global teams to scale adoption of AI‑powered learning solutions. * Influence internal and external partners to co‑create high‑quality, localized, and relevant learning experiences for Sellers.
