Since then, we have produced groundbreaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV, Amazon Echo. What will you help us to create? This position (NPI and Sustaining Ops Mgr) is responsible for delivering all products from development to launch and manage them through sustaining period to end of life. The scope of responsibility for this position covers various aspects of operation functions including operation program manager, materials program manager and factory operations in both NPI and sustaining stage. Roles and Responsibilities: · Attend NPI core team meetings and factory builds on site to keep track of program schedule · Manage CMs to ensure the material and production readiness to support the new product development · Track material clear to build status and solve material shortage escalations from CMs · Managing supply chain flexibilities against demand fluctuation to meet all customer shipments on time · Drive solutions to eliminate material shortage and excess situation through the product lifecycle to reduce the potential cost and exposure, liability analysis/disposal when program EOM. · Bring up new supply base operational capabilities to support the cost and sourcing strategy · Lead PRQ (Post Ramp Qualification) for sustaining programs. · Be able to work cross-functional with other organizations building strong relationships within Amazon · Work with function team drive manufacturing and operation continue process improvement for cost saving opportunity. · Travel required, up to 30%, with a majority being local travels
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and implementation of Go-To-Market strategies, including defining and managing programs that support business growth, creating and integrating business development systems and processes, overseeing strategic investments that align with revenue targets, and optimizing processes to meet market expansion goals and drive deal win rate. • Develop relationships and processes with Business Development, marketing, legal, finance, HR, the broader Business Operations organization, and other stakeholders to identify and address GTM program and investment reporting issues. • Identify and address reporting issues, ROI issue, process gaps, and drive timely resolutions. • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in projects as needed. A day in the life As you design and code solutions to help our team drive efficiencies in software architecture, you’ll create metrics, implement automation and other improvements, and resolve the root cause of software defects. Act as a domain expert in both HR SaaS (Workday) and HR business process. Lead the implementation, Configuration, and on-going management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, Performance, Prism, and Integrations. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, OPD, IT and other Key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Provide Technical leadership and expertise in the multiple Workday modules, ensuring the best practices are followed and that the system supports the organization’s needs. Conduct training sessions for HR teams, CoE, and Hiring managers on Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Performance Module. Develop user guides and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global/local HR policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday modules in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare detailed estimates and test plans based on Functional requirements Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to Workday, support integration with other systems and processes as they related to Workday. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, particularly those related to Recruiting, Core HCM, Absence, Performance management and implement improvements as necessary. Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives Provide Solutions options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons for each option and recommendation Drive the design, configuration and deployment of new projects & system enhancements Participate in the change management and go live support processes.
