基本任职资格 • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. • 1+ year experience (including internship tenure) in supply chain management/ sourcing and procurement/ supplier management / business analysis / tech product development/ consumer product development. • High attention to detail, comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. • Proficient data processing and analytical skills using SQL, Python, or Gen AI tools to drive business decision making and problem solving. • Proficient in English and Chinese in business communication, verbally and written. • Has strong interest in transforming global supply chain operation and supplier management. 优先任职资格 • Experience in business analysis with big data and communicating insights with cross functional teams and leadership. • Experience in building and applying Gen AI solutions to solve business problems and elevate operation efficiency. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech and revolutionary environment. • Identify and onboard supplier partners capable of producing high quality products for Amazon Private Brands. This includes understanding business development and product development needs, analyzing existing supplier capability opportunities and gaps, conducting global supplier landscape analyses, know tariff implications, based on industrial insights and global supply chain expansion trends. • Exploration and Implementation of Gen AI solutions to automate supplier selection process. This includes learning the end-to-end sourcing process from supplier identification to the product development cycle, translating the supplier selection criteria and framework into an organized data flow, exploring Gen AI solutions and automation solutions with APB tech team to automate the supplier selection process from lead identification, pre-screening, supplier outreach, supplier profile collection and initial evaluation to qualifying the supplier. • Lead the new vendor onboarding (NVO) process to qualify and onboard new suppliers into WW Amazon supplier pool. This includes following a standardized process to pitch and qualify the new suppliers with a due diligence check, Social Responsibility and Factory Quality audits, supporting them to get familiar with Amazon Private Brands’ product development and management systems and mechanisms.

• Ensure products continuously comply with Amazon’s quality, performance, reliability, as well as relevant safety and worldwide regulatory requirements • Implement and apply Amazon.com quality systems throughout the product life cycle • Work with stakeholders to define HPB product requirement document/specification in the planning stage of product development • Work with suppliers, 3rd party test labs, and internal teams for quality and compliance testing. • Proactively drive corrective action plans to lower down DPPM and raise the quality bar • Monitor and rigorously adhere to all quality activities SLAs and ensure SLA adherence by vendors and 3rd party labs. • Own DPPM (Defective Part Per Million) & CRR (Customer Review Rating) for responsible product categories, and proactively work with all stakeholders for resolving any quality complaints or issues • Strive continuously to identify innovative ways to prevent quality issues leading to improved customer reviews and ratings • Continuously analyze existing quality processes and systems and work with cross-functional teams for process improvements • Drive scalable business solutions on product development and quality monitoring processes • Maintain close collaboration with all internal and stakeholders, including those based in US and other worldwide Amazon offices, and provide visibility through appropriate reports • Explore and implement Generative AI tools to improve quality operations and drive innovation.
1. Manage the Social Responsibility (SR) audit workflow ensuring all active suppliers under Softlines Private Brands (SPB) are qualified for production. Resolve open issues with suppliers, escalate egregious issues to the business owners, and invent mechanisms to improve efficiency of our SR audits. 2. Vet, track, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures for day to day SR execution (audit scheduling and management, corrective action planning and remediation), including simplifying processes and eliminating process gaps (e.g., mismatched supplier data between Private Brands and Social Responsibility systems). 3. Identify potential SR risks with global suppliers from historical audit results and the consolidated SR performance scoring system. Work with central Amazon SR team to implement supplier engagement programs with selected SPB sites and track the SR performance improvement to evaluate program effectiveness. 4. Build, run, and maintain connection mechanisms with sourcing managers, APB Sustainability, and Amazon Social Responsibility team.
