• Work closely with Senior STM/ OPM and Subject Matter Experts to manage daily factory operations. • Support manufacture test flow optimization, process and yield improvements to exceed our volume production goals. • Understand the manufacture process qualification criteria, manage the qualification activities, and complete the documentation. • Support failure analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. • Participate in factory engineering initiatives and projects of CIP. • Travel domestically to manufacturing sites as per projects required.

About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Display Technical Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge display and touch technologies for our consumer devices. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams through complex product development cycles, from concept to mass production, ensuring seamless integration of display, touch, and optics subsystems. What You'll Do Program Leadership & Execution • Drive end-to-end execution of display and touch programs, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across global teams • Lead cross-functional project meetings and milestone reviews with internal teams and external suppliers • Present program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management frameworks Technical Program Management • Partner with Device Project Teams to define display and touch subsystem requirements and integration strategies • Coordinate engineering builds at supplier facilities globally, ensuring quality and schedule adherence • Manage configuration management deliverables and drive timely release of assemblies to production • Lead the introduction of new display, touch, and optics technologies into product roadmaps Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with inter-disciplinary teams including hardware engineering, software development, quality assurance, industrial design, and manufacturing operations • Collaborate with TDM (Touch Display Module) suppliers and Contract Manufacturers to optimize product outcomes • Drive alignment across Asia and US-based teams to ensure cohesive program execution Key Competencies • Leadership: Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions • Collaboration: Thrives in open, collaborative environments with diverse stakeholders • Adaptability: Responsive and flexible in fast-paced, dynamic product development environments

Plan and execute various platform level promotions: include big promotion such as Black Friday or seasonal rebajas, to drive platform level uplift and make the sales reach to new height, and several monthly campaigns which serve different objectives: increase seasonal sub-categories, boost re-purchase rate, assist incubation, drive top brands or top assortment 2. Think from both seller and buyer points of view. 3. Leverage analytical data to point out the critical factors or measurable metrics to enhance promotion performance, improve SOP or raise new promotional initiatives. 4. Lead CB country site PIC team to drive Cross border's business growth in specific venture. Responsibilities • Understand overall venture platform strategy and China supply chain and merchants, build cross-border venture strategy, and identify key opportunities and initiatives together with local and cross-border teams. • Understand and steer appropriate logistics, marketing and platform mechanics solutions for cross-border specific categories and merchant to drive growth • Help cross-border teams and merchants to understand specific ventures' local buyer and category insights. • Provide cross-border team and merchant perspectives during local initiatives/campaigns/policy design, be responsible for local projects' cross-border execution tracking, pushing, and reporting, and be responsible for cross-border project execution in specific ventures. • Coordinate campaigns, flash sales, and other traffic-driving solutions between cross-border teams and local teams. • Monitor, analyze, and report data, deep dive into abnormal business data to find root causes, and then design action plans with local and cross-functional teams
