- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Proficient in Excel with solid data handling skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning).
- Detail-oriented with strong process execution skills and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

- Hands-on experience with WeChat/WeCom ecosystem, SCRM tools, WeChat mini-programs.
- Familiarity with social CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with lead management, scoring models, or marketing funnel operations.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) for campaign reporting.
- Interest in B2B marketing, cross-border e-commerce, or marketing technology (MarTech).
