Support Operations role in FBA is to support Sellers with financial related questions and ensure they are addressed in accordance with policy. We believe consistency is the foundation to the world-class service we provide our Sellers, and Support Operations is at the center of ensuring consistent and fair evaluation of Seller inquiries. Position Description: Support Ops Specialist A Support Ops Specialist acts as a primary interface between Amazon and sellers through email communication. This position is responsible for supporting Amazon’s Global Supply Chain process with investigative research and working on the assurance of seller fulfillment process defect and reimbursement accuracy to protect both Amazon and Seller experience. In addition, the position will be expected to deliver professional service to sellers and respond promptly to seller’s requests and disputes. A successful candidate meets or exceeds the goals in their current space, is punctual and reliable, has excellent investigation skills, reading and written communication skills. (This is not a virtual position, you will be required to work from office located in Chengdu) Key Responsibilities includes: • Utilizes various internal system and tools to identify the valid defect and reimbursement • Dedicates to look for strong evidence to prove the point of view when it comes to subjective judgment • Delivers various logical and accurate investigations according to the needs of different sellers • Keeps the email accurate and professional when handling sensitive information to protect the interests of the company and sellers • Manages time effectively and independently to research seller accounts logically and responds to case requests from sellers • Maintains accountability to attendance, productivity, and quality expectations while adapting to the changing requirements of the business
Operations Program Specialist (OPS) will support the Operations Accessories team through the new product introduction (NPI) and all engineering phases, production and sustaining to the EOL. Working closely with the Ops Program Manager, the OPS will be involved with supporting new accessories programs. The candidate is responsible for managing all project documentation including, but not limited to, bills of materials (BOM) and engineering change orders. The OPS will also be involved in the coordination of different configuration documentations during evaluation builds and input BOMs, all information into our PLM Amazon Systems. In addition, the OPS will manage consolidation of the Lab Part number for the Bills of Materials; routing change orders and interface with external teams to coordinate costed BOMs, allocation samples and XVTs budgets. This individual will work with internal teams and external contract manufacturers for the coordination of material availability. This individual will be an active collaborator to create AI tools to optimize the process to crate BOM in PLM systems. A day in the life The Operations Project Specialist (OPS) will work closely with the Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Operations Program Managers (OPMs), Engineering Project Specialists (EPSs), Retail Engineering Program Manager (EPM), PPS (Packaging Program Managers) and the Core Engineering teams during the New Product Introduction process for Core Accessories programs. The OPS manages consolidation of all project documentation including, but not limited to, (BOM) Bills of Materials and managing the engineering change orders for the Main Assy and the Sellable skus (final packaging stage) in our PLM Systems.
: As an Export Operations Specialist, • You'll manage daily export processes in collaboration with Logistics Service Providers and Ocean/Air Carriers, while proactively addressing operational exceptions for seamless origin operations. • You'll ensure strict compliance with Chinese Import/Export regulations throughout all operations. • You'll supervise the complete Ocean/Air freight cycle, including origin pickup, export documentation, warehouse operations, customs clearance, and delivery tracking. • You'll Support Amazon sellers as their main point of contact for Ocean/Air shipments, solve complex logistics challenges and handle escalations and recommend optimal shipping solutions based on seller needs and compliance requirements. • You'll work with global program and product teams to enable global product and program at origin. • You'll optimize procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
