工作职责


:
As an Export Operations Specialist, 
 • You'll manage daily export processes in collaboration with Logistics Service Providers and Ocean/Air Carriers, while proactively addressing operational exceptions for seamless origin operations.
 • You'll ensure strict compliance with Chinese Import/Export regulations throughout all operations. 
 • You'll supervise the complete Ocean/Air freight cycle, including origin pickup, export documentation, warehouse operations, customs clearance, and delivery tracking. 
 • You'll Support Amazon sellers as their main point of contact for Ocean/Air shipments, solve complex logistics challenges and handle escalations and recommend optimal shipping solutions based on seller needs and compliance requirements.
 • You'll work with global program and product teams to enable global product and program at origin.
 
 • You'll optimize procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Position Description: Support Ops Specialist A Support Ops Specialist acts as a primary interface between Amazon and sellers through email communication. This position is responsible for supporting Amazon’s Global Supply Chain process with investigative research and working on the assurance of seller fulfillment process defect and reimbursement accuracy to protect both Amazon and Seller experience. In addition, the position will be expected to deliver professional service to sellers and respond promptly to seller’s requests and disputes. A successful candidate meets or exceeds the goals in their current space, is punctual and reliable, has excellent investigation skills, reading and written communication skills.
