Primary Job function included but not limited to the following: - Problem solving, primary point of contact for all systems and network hardware problems - Maintain a high level of system reliability by prioritizing and resolving issue efficiently - Troubleshoot technical issues on various platforms ranging from systems to networking - Remediation of physical layer outages, hardware diagnostics and replacement - Support installation of server racks in line with internal SLAs - Data Center Technical Support point of contact for all High Severity issues - Meet SLAs for internal customer uptime - Supporting operating partners to interact with third party vendors & contractors - Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency - Project Management, deliver small to mid-scale projects including the support of Data Center rollout - Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and project status updates - Share knowledge with other technical staff on the best practices related to all service owner issues, Write and enhance technical and operational processes and procedures

Responsibilities: English (both written and spoken English) as standard language to fulfill responsibilities below - Support maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment - Assist root cause analysis of equipment failures - Assist in troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal SLA - Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work - Support take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment - Able to work a 12 hour shift to support 24/7 operations (rotating 3 to 4 day work weeks)
