The Role: As an Engineering Program Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting new programs and product builds. You will: • Support hardware development builds matrix by acquiring and tracking materials, • Lead weekly build readiness meeting with Contract Manufacturing, Engineering, and Materials Procurement teams • Track prototype device allocation • Create and structure Bill of Materials (BOM) and communicate new part numbers to internal teams, and with the Contract Manufacturer • Write Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in Agile and manage changes to the BOMs • Travel domestically and internationally to suppliers or CM sites as projects require

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing strategies to improve the usability, functionality, and performance of Alibaba Cloud's international website, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives. Website Redesign & Optimization: ● Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of Alibaba Cloud's international website, ensuring it aligns with global brand standards and user expectations. ● Identify pain points and opportunities via competitive analysis, user research and operational data analysis, and propose optimization strategies (e.g., navigation redesign, form simplification, search experience improvements). ● Design and execute A/B tests to validate feature improvements (e.g., conversion rate increase, bounce rate reduction). 2. Project Management: ● Own the lifecycle of website functionalities, from requirement gathering to development, testing, and post-launch iteration by closely work with development team. ● Leverage strong communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams (design, marketing, operations, legal) and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high quality standards. ● Maintain transparency through regular meetings, emails, or reports, ensuring alignment with leadership and cross-team objectives. 3. AI-Powered Website Enhancements: ● Leverage AI technologies to enhance website functionality, such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and dynamic content delivery. ● Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to integrate advanced features like predictive analytics, personalized recommendations, and automated workflows. 4. Performance Monitoring & Analytics: ● Use tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms to monitor website performance and user behavior. ● Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. ● Continuously iterate on the website based on data-driven findings to improve overall performance.
