- Bachelor's degree
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce operations experience
- Experience building AI-powered or automated tools or workflows (e.g., LLM APIs, Python, or low-code platforms) deployed for business use
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Chinese and English

优先任职资格
- Experience working with teams across APAC region
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce, marketplace seller, or SMB marketing
- Experience owning an AI-powered tool or agentic workflow end to end, from design through post-launch iteration, used across multiple teams or markets with measurable business impact
