Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented Process Engineer who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, helping ESM translate business needs & requirement into product solutions, innovate existing process/way of working and leveraging AI/automation solutions to improve efficiency, including developing innovative tools, mapping out new business workflow, develop end-to-end process & tech roadmap, and propose the ending picture of how each business workstream would be, as well as optimizing existing work process and develop tools & mechanisms to improve Account Management efficiency. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated Workflow & Business Process innovation experience and specifically the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization. S/he also has a track record of program management, leading business initiatives, building SOP/tools, and turning data into insights.

Technical Development & Architecture * Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for Compliance use cases * Lead the development of efficient ML models and end‑to‑end data processing pipelines from ingestion to serving. * Build robust, production-grade AI services using Python and modern ML frameworks. * Make and document sound architectural decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and cost‑effective. * Establish and maintain high engineering standards, including testing, monitoring, and documentation. Engineering Leadership * Partner closely with data scientists, product managers, and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions. * Define and evolve the technical architecture for AI-powered features and platforms. * Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and elevate engineering quality across the team. * Continuously improve AI system performance, reliability, and latency through experimentation and optimization. Technical Collaboration & Operations * Work with cross‑functional partners to understand requirements, refine scope, and prioritize technical work. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers. * Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI systems. * Implement and evolve ML Ops practices (e.g., CI/CD for models, feature stores, model monitoring, and retraining workflows).

The Senior Mechanical Process Engineer (MPE) — Injection Molding works closely with teams located in both the US and China throughout the design cycle. As a member of the MPE team, you will be responsible for developing injection molding processes for mechanical parts, providing DFM (Design for Manufacturability) recommendations to the design team (ID & PD), driving mold engineering studies, and improving part yield rate and cosmetic quality. You will also be responsible for closely monitoring and driving the above activities at injection molding suppliers. In addition, you will work closely with the PE TPM (Product Engineering Technical PM) team on giving timely feedback of technical risk related to molding processes, and continuous communication of the status of engineering issues throughout the product development cycle to a cross-functional audience. You will be the primary contact window for injection molding technical issue resolution across the supply base. The Role: - Identify and develop injection molding processes for mechanical plastic parts, including process parameter optimization, mold flow analysis review, and cosmetic defect resolution - Review and develop injection molding process flow, including mold design review, tooling fixture concept, gate/runner design, and DFM feedback - Develop supplier injection molding process capability through continuous engagement, engineering studies, and DOE (Design of Experiments) - Provide design feedback and recommendations on wall thickness, draft angles, rib/boss design, undercuts, parting line placement, and tolerances for injection molded parts - Drive and approve technical data documentation throughout the development cycle including FAI, Cpk, Cmk, GR&R, mold flow analysis reports, and DFM - Drive technical issue resolution at injection molding suppliers throughout the development cycle (e.g., sink marks, warpage, weld lines, short shots, flash, cosmetic defects) - Mentor and develop junior engineers on injection molding best practices - Identify technical risks related to mold tooling and injection molding processes, and define mitigation plans - Travel domestically and internationally to supplier sites (mold makers and injection molding facilities) as projects require
