任职要求
基本任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- 7+ years of experience in injection molding process engineering, mold design, or plastics manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of injection molding processes including scientific molding principles, process parameter optimization, and defect troubleshooting
- Experience with mold flow analysis tools (e.g., Moldflow, Moldex3D) and ability to interpret simulation results
- Able to lead a project with minimum guidance, and escalate risk or issues clearly to the management team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including working knowledge of data analysis and statistics; familiar with GR&R and DOE

优先任职资格
- Master's degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent, or PhD
- Experience with multi-shot molding, insert molding, gas-assist molding, or micro-molding processes
- Knowledge of mold steel selection, surface finishing (texturing, polishing), and hot runner systems
- Experience with high-gloss / cosmetic-critical injection molded parts for consumer electronics
- Familiar with statistical analysis and processing tools such as Minitab
- Knowledge of all phases of product development lifecycle
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
