Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent
- Experience in partner management, channel development, business development, or strategic account management
- Demonstrated track record owning and closing commercial agreements
- Experience operating at Director level and above with external partners or clients

- Experience in digital advertising, ad technology, or marketing technology
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSP platforms, or retail media ecosystems
- Experience with performance-based or tiered commercial structures
- Background working across agency, technology, or consulting partner models

• Own the C-suite or most senior relationship with a defined set of agency or technology partners, including CEO, CMO, CRO, and CPO. These relationships are not shared, delegated, or rebuilt quickly if lost.
