- Structured mindset and able to define priority, drive alignment with stakeholders, and provide guidance to team members to move forward
- Solid Python/SQL skills and able to develop automation solutions
- Solid experience of leveraging AI products to build solutions, including building AI agents, AI workflows, AI-powered analysis and business implementation
- Experience of product management and program management
- Proven record of team management
