Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented AI Product Manager who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, helping ESM implement AI tools to empower business teams, translate business needs & requirement into AI-driven product solutions, deliver implementation plan, deliver training to business teams, monitoring AI product lifecycle and adoption status, identifying more growth opportunity and put into scalable product design, as well as optimizing existing work process and develop tools & mechanisms to improve Account Management efficiency. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated Product Management skills and specifically the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization. S/he also has a track record of program management, leading business initiatives, building SOP/tools, and turning data into insights.
You will lead and support your team as a people manager by fostering empowerment and accountability, guided by the principles of model, coach and care: • You will lead teams in identifying and advancing new business opportunities, integrating impactful industry insights into customer engagements, and driving strategic projects and high-impact AI solution deployments that deliver measurable business value. • You will guide your team in developing and executing opportunity strategies through effective orchestration, ensuring alignment with customer needs. This includes coaching on how to engage customers to uncover business challenges and facilitate meaningful solution discussions. • You will coach your team on applying the orchestration model and support them in building a strong partner network to drive cross-sell and up-sell motions. • Leveraging your technical and market expertise, you will mentor your team on connecting Microsoft solutions to customer outcomes and act as a thought leader in AI transformation conversations. • You will define long-term customer satisfaction strategies, lead whitespace analysis, and participate in strategic territory planning. You’ll ensure alignment across departments through regular ROB reviews and planning sessions. • You will be accountable for achieving sales targets and maintaining operational excellence. This includes coaching your team on product and sales knowledge, ensuring completion of required training and certifications, and monitoring key performance metrics across the territory.
Strategic Localization Leadership & Vision: • Define and execute comprehensive localization strategies for new game launches and live service operations, aligning with global business objectives and player experience goals. • Act as the primary localization advocate and team leader, providing strategic guidance to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. • Oversee localization budgeting, vendor selection, and performance management to ensure optimal resource allocation and high-quality localization output. Team & Stakeholder Empowerment: • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of localization professionals in Shanghai, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Cultivate robust relationships and drive cross-team collaboration with stakeholders, publishing teams, marketing, and legal to embed localization operations early and effectively into the entire game lifecycle. • Champion player empathy and cultural relevance throughout the localization process, ensuring content is not just translated, but truly adapted for each target market. Innovation, Process & Technology Optimization: • Drive the exploration, evaluation, and implementation of GenAI technologies - including LLMs - to enhance localization efficiency, scalability, and quality. • Lead initiatives for end-to-end process optimization across the localization pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that deliver tangible improvements in speed, cost, and quality. • Expertly manage and fix localization workflows, building efficient processes and pipelines for Chinese-to-English and Chinese-to-multiple-locales projects, ensuring high quality, scalability, and seamless integration across teams and tools. • Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, derive actionable insights, and drive continuous refinement of localization processes and technologies. Quality & Player Immersion: • Establish and oversee world-class linguistic quality assurance (LQA) processes tailored specifically for the nuances of game content, ensuring linguistic, cultural, and functional accuracy. • Implement best practices for terminology management, style guide adherence, and tone-of-voice consistency across all localized game content. • Proactively identify and mitigate localization risks that could impact player experience or global market reception. Industry & Market Expertise: • Stay at the forefront of localization industry trends, emerging technologies (especially in AI/ML for language), and best practices, particularly within the competitive global games market. • Maintain a deep understanding of cultural nuances, gaming preferences, and regulatory requirements across key international markets, with a strong focus on Asia.

Lead the localization innovation of safety products, driving the implementation of core technological modules such as biometric authentication, real-time risk mapping, and public-private safety collaborations. Establish a safety and health index system (TRUST Index) to drive multi-threaded collaboration across product, operations, and government affairs. 2.Ecosystem Protection Plan Build a rider safety empowerment system: from risk prevention to real-time intervention and event management, providing full-cycle protection.
