The Role The Miravia Risk team is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Risk Governance Manager to build and lead our risk governance framework. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the company's approach to regulatory compliance, internal policy, and platform integrity. As part of the Alibaba International Digital Commercial Digital Credit Team, you will be responsible for the continued business growth of BNPL and the main person in charge in the markets. This position is based in Hangzhou, China. • Manage the entire chain of business operations from product development plans, campaign management, marketing and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders with cross function teams such as product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service within Aliexpress. • Work with our partner(s) to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in Mexico and Brazil with good understanding of the fintech/ lending scenes regionally or globally. • Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and experience. • A data expert with the ability to analyse and report key business metrics that will have a strong influence on business decisions. • Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic to create meaningful and impactful campaigns to educate and convert Aliexpress BNPL users. • Role also entails day to day operation managements from external alignment and communications with partners, promotion campaigns management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting and budget management.
