- 5. 15+ years experiences in freight forwarding, focusing on Customer Service, Operations, or Key Account management.
- 6. Customer-facing and interaction skills with high level of customer orientation.

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to drive the success of Lazada Sponsored Solutions across Southeast Asia, covering Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. In this role, you will craft data-driven strategies, advise cross-border sellers, and lead go-to-market initiatives for new product solutions—all aimed at maximizing the impact of our digital advertising platform. The ideal candidate combines strong product management, data analytics, and B2B marketing skills with an in-depth understanding of platform-based and digital advertising business models. You will play a pivotal role in promoting the adoption of Lazada Sponsored Solutions and driving growth for our e-commerce ecosystem. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute B2B product strategies and marketing campaigns designed to boost seller engagement and success. • Craft compelling product positioning and narratives that resonate with our target customers and set our solutions apart in Southeast Asia. • Clearly articulate the unique value propositions of Lazada Sponsored Solutions to both internal and external stakeholders. • Lead the creation of engaging and informative marketing content across assigned product domains and projects. • Manage end-to-end product launches, ensuring consistent communication with all stakeholders and timely delivery of key deliverables. • Drive successful B2B marketing campaigns primarily through our owned channels. • Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to uncover growth opportunities. • Conduct thorough market research to identify target seller segments, understand their needs, and analyze relevant product use cases. • Develop detailed seller personas to inform product positioning and messaging strategies. • Collaborate with the account management team, providing them with the insights and tools necessary to effectively promote Lazada Sponsored Solutions. • Oversee critical B2B marketing operations, including governance and traffic generation, to support overall campaign success.
TEAM, ROLE INTRODUCTION: The Strategy, Performance Management & Intelligence (S&PMI) team is in charge of managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) covering service performance, contract compliance, network and operation compliance and market intelligence. We also collaborate with other functions in Platform Logistics to ensure the suitability, compliance of these KPIs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building up systematic performance management, market intelligence visibility and any strategic projects in order to steer the performance following the regional strategy direction. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategic Performance Management & Planning ● Execute a comprehensive performance management strategy aligned with organizational goals. ● Define, track, and refine KPIs to measure business performance across departments. ● Work hand in hand with other functions in Regional and across Logistics ventures to ensure the suitability, compliance of these KPIs. ● Design and control governance, framework of working process related to critical domain in PM as regional level to drive for performance improvement. ● Measure, monitor and report Logistics Performance in terms of Delivery performance, buyer & seller experience on modes of Business as usual (BAU) and Mega Campaigns (CP). ● Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue growth through data analysis. 2. Business Intelligence ● Lead the design and implementation of advanced BI solutions (e.g., dashboards, reports, predictive models) to support real-time decision-making. ● Analyze historical and real-time data to uncover trends, root causes of performance gaps, and actionable recommendations. ● Collaborate with BI, PMI and operations teams across ventures to integrate data sources and ensure alignment with business objectives. ● Partner with internal DE, Tech teams to implement data governance and maintain data infrastructure, BI tools… 3. Stakeholder Engagement ● Present insights and recommendations to management and senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies. ● Act as a trusted advisor to business units, guiding them in leveraging data to achieve operational excellence. ● Facilitate sessions to align stakeholders on performance metrics and BI priorities. ● Participate in strategic project and ensure favorable milestone.

- Business expansion and supply acquisition efforts in Southeast Asia, starting with Malaysia - Familiar with Sneaker prices and trends in local markets and the supply source/ flow - Contribute and maintain Social media channels for use of supply acquisition - Collaboration with cross functional departments on promotional and marketing activities - Conduct weekly data analysis on the sales and inventory of each category/ brand/ SKU's, forecast and optimize sales, drive the matching of product supply and sales; - Daily business metrics monitoring and communication of vendors, data analysis, coordination of marketing activity resources, price negotiation, and driving vendors to achieve revenue growth; - Cultivate the growth of vendors through systematic methods such as products preparation/ platform understanding/ training, and maximize the capabilities of vendors - Target, plan, strategize supply acquisition based on buy side demand of brands and categories - Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Business Reviews to formulate strategy of the business - Sellers' daily order fulfillment performance follow-up and problem solving - Achieve targets as assigned
