· Data Processing: Validate, correct and consolidate raw data; adjust data format… etc. Support data analysis which covers Forecast, Pipeline and Revenue…etc. · Template and file cleanup / refinement: Refine analysis templates to align with the evolving reporting structure; streamline processes which cover forecast, pipeline, revenue management. · Cross Team Coordination: Drive regular communication, follow up with Business / Function unit, content / action owners. Update the latest information in our internal communication channels. · Cadence Support: Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-team meetings, coordinate across teams for management update. · Written Communication: Create and format clear, well-written narratives A day in the life · Manage and ensure the timely execution of business operations and the production of high-quality deliverable · Leverage data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau and Salesforce.com to manage and optimize sales opportunity · Assist with daily sales reporting using Excel, SQL, Tableau and Salesforce.com. • Lead a high-performing BD team focused exclusively on the Gaming industry, managing complex, high-value accounts with global reach. • Hire and scale a team with deep gaming market expertise, ensuring strong industry know-how in areas such as game development, publishing, live ops, and game tech infrastructure. • Navigate multi-stakeholder, cross-functional decision-making processes across enterprise gaming accounts. Orchestrate internal AWS teams across solution architecture, marketing, partner, and product functions to support global gaming customer needs. • Understand the business models and monetization strategies of gaming customers; craft and negotiate commercial proposals that drive adoption of AWS services. • Act as a senior voice in the negotiation of key commercial relationships, including licensing, co-development, cloud migration, or platform partnerships specific to gaming clients. • Resolve escalations with discretion and autonomy, influencing product or service enhancements that remove friction for gaming customers. • Present compelling business cases to AWS senior leadership and evangelize AWS’s gaming solutions externally. • Build executive relationships with C-level leaders across gaming publishers, studios, and technology providers, representing AWS as a strategic partner in the global games ecosystem. A day in the life As you design and code solutions to help our team drive efficiencies in software architecture, you’ll create metrics, implement automation and other improvements, and resolve the root cause of software defects. Technical Development & Architecture * Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for Compliance use cases * Lead the development of efficient ML models and end‑to‑end data processing pipelines from ingestion to serving. * Build robust, production-grade AI services using Python and modern ML frameworks. * Make and document sound architectural decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and cost‑effective. * Establish and maintain high engineering standards, including testing, monitoring, and documentation. Engineering Leadership * Partner closely with data scientists, product managers, and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions. * Define and evolve the technical architecture for AI-powered features and platforms. * Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and elevate engineering quality across the team. * Continuously improve AI system performance, reliability, and latency through experimentation and optimization. Technical Collaboration & Operations * Work with cross‑functional partners to understand requirements, refine scope, and prioritize technical work. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers. * Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI systems. * Implement and evolve ML Ops practices (e.g., CI/CD for models, feature stores, model monitoring, and retraining workflows).
In this technical role, you will be developing the emerging Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) categorized in AI, Data, Business Application, Infra. You will co-build/co-market/co-sell with ISVs. You daily routine includes: Engaging the Partner's Technology, Sales & Marketing leaders to determine the best approach to co-build/co-sell/co-market. Uplifting partner capability through workshops, player-coach. Accelerating partner opportunities through architecture design/review, PoC, technical resolution. Modernizing their architecture with AWS Packaging and promoting partner solution. Co-marketing their offering through Public Speaking/Blog/Workshop etc Partnering with the counterparts the PDMs (Partner Development Manager) in Partner development planing, execution and reviews. A day in the life - Co-build solution with partner, so the solution could run on, could differentiate on AWS - Co-sell with partner through opportunity engagement, validating solution through POCs. - C-market ISV solution through creating solution offering, advocating the solution through public speaking, workshops etc - Champion ISV across the AWS field team, driving partner solution adoption - Capture and share best-practice knowledge with our broader Solution Architect community. - Present AWS services and solutions to the wider partner community participating in external events, such as summits, webinars and product launches. - Share partner and customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive improvements.
