- Support leadership goals and grow long-term business through exploring new Ads adoption opportunities and driving initiatives that will help clients start advertising on Amazon. - Understand Amazon's search, display and video advertising tools to help build relevant and effective advertising solutions for China based advertisers. - Understand digital marketing, e-commerce landscape, online streaming landscape, industry and competitive environment. Be able to craft compelling customized media solutions and engage in competitive selling. - Helping Advertising Sales team develop and present strategic advertising solutions to C-level executives - Serve as key business partner to deliver the highest level of educational and consultant services to China-based brands and advertisers. - Help advertisers see how to best utilize Amazon’s ad tools in order to better build their business. - Coordinate campaign setup with the global advertising teams. - Being a virtual leader to cooperate cross function partner (e.g. Account manager, Creative Manager, Product Go-to Market team etc to centralize resource/support/solution to the advertisers. - Dive deep on campaign performance reports and work with advertising teams around the globe to enable optimal performance to advertisers in each locale. - Use CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and business progress.
The Role As Business Partner and Product Manager, you will be business partner with our Tax & Finance team to be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional projects across a variety of these teams from both business and IT. SH This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, operations, and required documentation on Tax & Finance area . You should be an analytical and agile problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal. Responsibilities Gather requirements from stakeholders in finance, tax, and operations teams to design features that address regional tax compliance (e.g., VAT, withholding taxes, and cross-border regulations) and financial processes. Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for tax and finance systems, aligning with Tesla's CN, APAC, and global (including North America) business goals. Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery Work together with global product managers, software engineers and QA engineers with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty Drive execution and completion of multiple projects at the same time across internal and external stakeholders Cross-functionally communicate at a senior level key developments and updates on new projects
* Set the overall strategy and direction for MCCF CN sales and account management workstreams, covering CN-to-US and CN-to-International goals. * Set and own Topline targets (e.g., OP2 goals), productivity goals, and other KPIs across the team. * Secure pipeline for the team, including through internal partnerships with AGL and AGS. Establish shared goals with AGS and AGL counterpart * Define and approve budget allocations with MCCF finance. * Scale talent and shape the operating model for the team * Work closely with MCCF product teams to deliver new products and services to meet merchants’ needs. * Have a complete understanding of our customer’s needs and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive partnerships, marketing resources, and new features that provide excellent customers’ experience. * Lead and institutionalize operational mechanisms including WBRs, MBRs, OP1 planning, and topline documentation.
Product Strategy & Development * Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered Seller Education experiences. * Identify and prioritize learning opportunities across the seller lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, growth, compliance, optimization). * Design and launch AI solutions (e.g., adaptive learning, content recommendation, conversational tutors) that improve learning outcomes and engagement. * Drive measurable improvements in Seller learning efficiency, satisfaction, and business impact. * Lead continuous product improvement using experiments, data insights, and qualitative feedback from Sellers and stakeholders. Technical Leadership * Partner with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI/ML and LLM-based learning features. * Define clear technical requirements, success metrics, and guardrails for AI-powered education workflows. * Oversee end‑to‑end product development cycles, from discovery and design through implementation and launch. * Promote data-informed decision making and experimentation across all product initiatives. Stakeholder & Program Management * Lead cross‑functional collaboration between product, program, tech, content, marketing, and operations teams. * Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior leadership, highlighting trade‑offs and impact. * Drive alignment and change management across CN and global teams to scale adoption of AI‑powered learning solutions. * Influence internal and external partners to co‑create high‑quality, localized, and relevant learning experiences for Sellers.

Technical Leadership - Partner with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI/ML and LLM-based solutions. - Define clear technical requirements, success metrics, and guardrails for AI-powered features and workflows. - Oversee end‑to‑end execution cycles, ensuring on‑time delivery, reliability, and strong business outcomes. - Champion data‑informed decision making across product initiatives, leveraging experimentation and A/B testing where appropriate. Stakeholder Management - Lead cross‑functional collaboration between central product/program teams, tech teams, operations, legal/compliance, and external partners. - Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and impact clearly to senior leadership, including trade‑offs and decision rationale. - Drive alignment and change management across CN and global teams, ensuring scalable adoption of AI solutions. - Influence stakeholders at multiple levels to remove roadblocks and accelerate delivery.
