BS in computer science
Strong project management skills for complex, cross-regional initiatives, including collaboration with international teams；
Proven track record in agile product development, stakeholder management, and delivering complex projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years’ product management experience in tax area, familiar with Golden Tax Phase IV
Prior systems engineering or software experience, and ideally experience with output tax, input tax, tax reporting, tax reconciliation. Individual contributor design engineering experience is highly valued.
Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment
Experience managing end-to-end product deployment — from concept through development and successful launch
