工作职责
1) Modify, maintain and validate business related configurations to satisfy business needs. 2) Leverage GenAI to develop carrier facing or sometimes seller facing software. 3) Perform QA on team developed software. Identify bugs and help to ensure test coverage. 4) Communicate with global team to ensure carrier related configuration are in place and working. 5) Routine management with carrier performance monitoring and tracking.
Context The Customer Support (CS) organization is responsible for the installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customer within the specific region. The Field Service Engineer 2 executes regular and irregular maintenance activities with considerable independency and under limited supervision. Handles defined and regular problems/maintanance on a machine, either independently or through escalation without supervision.

The Role Tesla is currently seeking an application support engineer to join the Factory Software team in Shanghai, China. The role is responsible for the factory software system including configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our warehouse management system (WMS) and (or) manufacture execution system (MES) and (or) other production and supply chain related systems. These duties will be performed in compliance with policy guidelines and within timeframes as defined by the project requirements. Responsibilities • Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management. • Support and monitor open-source and proprietary systems in production. • Perform testing of new development. • Perform failure analysis, implement immediate containment solutions, and suggest long term solutions. • Develop reports and dashboards using Python and SQL. • Provide technical support to end users, including business analysts, line associates, etc. • Work collaboratively with the headquarters factory software team to maintain data/system integrity.
