工作职责
Drive two-digital revenue and market share growth within assigned key accounts in the Retail sector Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and manage all key customer relationships, including strong C-level engagement Accelerate customer adoption by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing usage, and leading customers through cloud migration journeys Maintain a robust customer pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting Manage complex contract negotiations and work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
· Drive revenue and market share in China, with a specific focus assigned by Amazon · Identify & engage customer assigned by Amazon · Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets · Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan · Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption · Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc). · Ensure customer satisfaction (managing pre-sales and post sales customer experience) · Expect moderate travel within the region (East, South or Central)
