任职要求
1.自动化、工业工程、运筹学、计算机、应用数学等相关专业优先; 2. 熟悉资源调度分配等相关算法和理论,了解并掌握离散事件仿真,多智能体仿真,掌握运筹优化领域常见问题模型(选址/路径规划/背包/指派/排程/车辆调度/装箱等)和大规模组合优化精确求解方法(BCP/LR/BD等.,熟悉常见的邻域搜索类和种群进化类启发式算法 3. 熟悉大规模多智能体路径规划算法,熟悉常用路径规划算法和解死锁算法,有交通管制算法经验;了解AGV等底层硬件运动和控制特性 4. 有3年以上成熟资源调度产品(如WMS、WES、WCS、RCS等)核心算法研发经验,对应产品实际运用在多个大型智能仓储项目中;有大规模AGV集群调度相关项目落地经验 5. 熟悉常用算法和数据结构,熟悉MYSQL等关系数据库,熟悉Java开发平台,熟练掌握PYTHON/C++/JAVA,有良好的编程习惯; 6. 具备较强的业务理解和模型抽象能力,能快速建立模型并设计方案解决现实业务问题,有良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维 7. 需要具备英语听说读写能力
工作职责
1. 根据项目计划,负责宝洁仓储仿真产品的核心技术设计、研发、仿真运行、报告输出和汇报; 2. 根据项目计划,负责宝洁仓储业务落地相关算法的开发、调试和落地工作; 3. 负责客户现场的技术支持、突发问题定位和解决; 4. 与项目经理、软硬件研发人员紧密协作, 团队合作技术攻坚和解决疑难技术问题,支持项目和产品的持续优化和迭代。
