Execute targeted outreach campaigns to acquire new sellers into the MCF program, drive the growth of high potential sellers with incremental performance; Develop account-specific plans and drive execution through consultative and value selling; Conduct product pitches, engagement meetings, and follow-ups with prospective accounts; Track and report sales activities to Sales Leadership by using internal CRM and reporting tools; Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Tech, Ops, and Marketing to ensure a seamless seller experience; Act as the voice of the customer to identify feature gaps and process improvements; Maintain a sensitivity on competitive offerings and industry trends, and enhance MCF market presence through attendance of industry influential conferences/events.
