• Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with the Seller Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. Translate business needs into training & enablement strategy, offerings and programs. • Create, develop, manage, and lead the successful execution of the cross-functional enablement programs in conjunction with program or product teams and stakeholders. • Develop and maintain an effective governance process and measurements focused on providing insights on performance and impact on readiness and program effectiveness.
• The role will be responsible for overseeing Product Cost analysts as the gatekeeper of the Finished Goods PO price with our CM partners from production ramp through EOL and engaging with our LOB managers in SCV. The candidate must have a high emphasis on attracting and developing talent, fostering cross-functional business partnerships, and an eye for improving processes and creative solutions. The role also requires deep attention to detail with oversight of high level of spend with our partners on a monthly basis. Key partners include Procurement GSSM parters, Biz Ops, Readiness, EPS/WPCM and various other Operations/Finance teams.
Manage worldwide monthly purchase order costs, including analysis and commentary on cost variances. Oversee updates to product Bill of Material (BOM), and coordination with external OEMs on costs. Audit Purchase Price Variance claims from OEMs. Drive process improvements to support a growing business and supply chain. Deliver Ad Hoc Analysis and support for BizOps and broader Procurement Organization.

You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes.• Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.• Accelerate Value Realization: Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement and usage of Copilot for M365, securing long-term customer renewal. Galvanize technical and sales experts around additional identified opportunities to develop customer specific roadmaps that drive further growth & business value realization.• Business Impact: Usage (Cloud & Support) Growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft’s M365 value proposition and get value from their investment in Microsoft technology.• Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services & technical subject matter expertise. Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.• Technical Leadership: Learn It All: Demonstrate Self Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals• Accelerate Customer Outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.
