- Minimum of 3 years' experience in team management
- Minimum of 8 years professional selling experience
- Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
- Relationship sales and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving passion and service orientation
- Project management skills
- Marketing / Campaign design experience
- Attention to detail; you prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep
- Business proficient in Chinese and Chinese environment

- Experience managing large, complex advertiser portfolios (enterprise-level accounts with $1M+ annual spend)
- Track record of successfully scaling advertising campaigns across multiple channels (display, video, programmatic, sponsored ads)
- Deep expertise in digital advertising, including PPC/performance marketing, DSP, and full-funnel campaign strategy
- Experience in end-to-end advertising campaign management — from opportunity identification and strategy design through multi-channel execution and performance optimization
- Proficiency with analytical and productivity tools such as Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), SQL, and BI/reporting platforms
