- 5+ years of supply chain operations and logistics experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel, or experience with advanced use of Excel and using statistical analysis applications
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to meet deadlines, maintain a strong attention to details, and work as a team member
- Capability of operation standardization and process improvement
- Good communication skill and co-work with cross teams experience
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures
- Manage multiple tasks and have sense of urgency to prioritize tasks
