基本任职资格
1. Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience
2. 5+ years working experiences of industry (Logistics/freight forwarding/Supply Chain industry/Broker/Customs agent)
3. Proficient written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and Solid data analysis skills
5. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to meet deadlines, maintain a strong attention to details, and work as a team member
6. Capability of operation standardization and process improvement
7. Good communication skill and co-work with cross teams experience
8. Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
9. Manage multiple tasks and have sense of urgency to prioritize tasks

2. Collaborating with origin and destination teams to solve issues/requests to secure selling partners' experience.
3. Handling problems with minimal visible risks or roadblocks, troubleshooting problem with no existing procedure or SOP with LSPs; evaluating compliance risks and escalates roadblocks.
4. Working on standardization and Kaizen among internal function partners to improve operation efficiency and service quality.
5. Act as the team process expert to co-work with stakeholders on process improvement and UAT Test for new features.
6. Taking additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and operation scope continue to expand.
7. Support new initiatives and new program to drive operational excellence in terms of speed and cost, service quality.

Through continuous technological innovation and optimization, the team has successfully established a complete intelligent dialogue solution, delivering significant efficiency improvements and user experience enhancements to e-commerce operations. Research Objectives: Develop an LLM-based customer service chatbot for TikTok and Douyin E-commerce, enabling intelligent customer service interactions. The LLM will handle the entire user inquiry process, including request clarification, solution negotiation, and execution. Necessity: LLM's strong conversational and reasoning abilities make it especially suitable for intelligent customer service, capable of potentially reaching the service standards of excellent human representatives. Research Content: Design a multi-agent framework based on LLM, integrating planning-agent, reply-agent, and tool-agent. Each agent will specialize in different functions, working collaboratively to manage the complete service process—from issue identification and solution negotiation to solution implementation and feedback. 1) Reply-agent ensures the proposed solutions comply with platform policies and service guidelines, avoids excessive improvisation or hallucinations, and maintains smooth communication and negotiation with the user. 2) Planning-agent identifies user demands and problem scenarios, sourcing relevant service guidelines and constraints as well as recognizing risk scenarios. 3) Tool-agent validates the legality of tool usage, accurately interprets the results from tool interactions, and manages execution dependencies of various actions. Research Challenges: Compliance with service guidelines: Ensuring the chatbot's solutions adhere to platform service guidelines (such as available refund within xx days of parcel arrival and coupon limits per user per week).
