Drive revenue and market share in Retail&CPG (Consumer Packed Goods) in China, with a specific focus on sub-vertical E-commerce, or any other focuses assigned by Amazon. · Identify & engage Retail&CPG customer or any other customer assigned by Amazon · Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. · Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan. · Accelerate customer adoption. · Maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting. · Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption. · Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc). · Develop case studies. · Manage contract negotiations. · Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. · Develop account plan for key accounts and territory · Ensure customer satisfaction (managing pre-sales and post sales customer experience) · Expect moderate travel within the region (North, East, South or Central)

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with expertise in OTA, attractions, or local experiences to drive adoption of Alipay+ Travel Solutions across the travel ecosystem. This role focuses on expanding partnerships with global/local partners, managing business success, and fostering local & cross-border tourism via innovative payment tools. Self-driven mindset and resilience in startups are required. General responsibilities include: 1. Business Development and Partner Management: ● Develop and execute BD Strategies to achieve business goals in Attractions, Day Tours and Experience. ● Manage the full sales cycle: Identify, pitch, negotiate, contract and onboard business partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements. 2. Product & Marketing Strategy: ● Lead the full lifecycle of attractions/day tours product development: from requirement gathering with suppliers, improvement of search capability, optimization of listings, and product structuring (ticket types, add-ons, pricing) on voyager. ● Design and implement strategies to enhance supplies aligned with market demands and Alipay+ technology. ● Identify opportunities for product optimization and marketing improvements. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination: ● Collaborate with product, technical, and marketing teams to align sales goals with platform features and user experience. ● Work with regional teams for local travel-related products developing and sourcing management. 4. Analytics: ● Generate weekly and monthly business tracking a to optimize business outcomes. ● Provide data-driven recommendations for increasing order volume and improving partner retention.

You will have these major responsibilities: 1: Identify the consumer demand in China especially for cross border market; 2: Establish strong and long-term relationships with strategic partners/brands/governments in ANZ Market; 3: Build and execute strategic business development plans, and drive mutually beneficial programs with our strategic partners/Brands; 4: Formulate marketing strategies and conduct market research for ANZ Market; 5: Offer customized cross border business solution to New Brands and help to onboard on Tmall Global successfully.
