- 负责SHEGLAM全球海外贸易客户/批发业务的拓展、成交、维护 - 通过各种渠道开发海外贸易客户销售线索并跟进到成单 - 制定海外贸易客户业务规则并与客户谈判落地(价格结构、商务条款等) - 追踪海外贸易客户订单的交付和回款
1. Assist in implementing the Choice business strategies, standards, and SOPs formulated by the regional team to ensure that local business operations follow the established directions. 2. Establish good cooperative relationships with local suppliers and partners, expand business resources, and promote the continuous development of the business. 3. Serve as a communication bridge between the local team and the regional team, and accurately and promptly convey the needs and information of both sides to ensure efficient and smooth business collaboration. 4. Collaborate with and track the local BD and buyer teams in the daily operation and management of the local product inventory, including tasks such as product listing, inventory control, and price adjustment, to improve the sales performance of local products. 5. Handle various problems and emergencies that arise during the implementation of local business, coordinate resources from all parties to solve them, and maintain the continuous operation of the business. 6. Participate in formulating marketing activity plans for the local market, integrating regional strategies with local characteristics to enhance the market competitiveness of the business.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): • Your main responsibility will be building long term strategic partnerships with international brands and sellers, and ensuring their success once onboarded. You will be expected to drive customer pitching; taking part in RFIs & RFQs, as well as developing tailored pricing for E2E supply chain solutions to drive successful sales conversions. • You will responsible for working with Lazada Regional platform team for joint BD and development commercial-logistics join programs to improve the competitiveness of Fulfilled-by-Lazada solution and increase overall stickiness of brands/sellers with Lazada • You will be responsible for closely monitoring the operational performance of our key strategic partners, conduct regular quarterly or monthly business reviews to optimise performance, and drive strategic road mapping as part of deepening the partnership. • You will be expected to contribute towards improving sales operations efficiencies by collaborating closely with local country teams to improve performance tracking and governance, sharing and implementation of best practices. Ultimately this should drive greater sales effectiveness and pipeline conversions regionally across our key markets in Southeast Asia.

The scope will involve managing cross-functional projects, streamlining processes, and facilitating communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning: assist in the development and execution of digital goods product and operations strategy, aligning it with overall company objectives. Partner with respective functional leaders to design, execute and track department-wise OKRs to ensure seamless execution • Project management: assist in the planning and management of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and align with business objectives. Support the development of project plans and status reports for ongoing initiatives. Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders while collaborating with team members to drive project success. • Operational Excellence: identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across User and Platform Ops functions. Collaborate with functional leaders to implement best practices and streamline workflows • Communication and Collaboration: act as a liaison between Digital Goods and other departments to ensure alignment and address any operational challenges. Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and documentation as necessary • Partner Management: manage strategic external partners to ensure adequate investment and commitment from partner for driving business growth • Analytics and Reporting: analyze performance metrics and generate reports, offering insights and recommendations to enhance operations and drive revenue growth
