- Multi-Agent System Architecture: Design and implement the Marketing Multi-Agent System architecture, orchestrating Strategy Planner, Context Summary, Content Generation, Distribution, and Tracking Agents - AI Agent Development: Lead the development of each specialized agent, ensuring they work cohesively to deliver end-to-end marketing automation - MVP & Prototype Delivery: Drive the delivery of AI engine MVP, demonstrating real data processing through complete agent workflows - Human-in-the-Loop Integration: Establish governance frameworks including Logs and Tracing features for human oversight and monitoring - Continuous Learning Systems: Implement self-learning capabilities that enable agents to improve performance through real-time feedback and optimization A day in the life Lead the development of the core Agentic AI Marketing Engine, forming the backbone of our autonomous marketing system. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 18 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented Senior Business Program Manager who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, providing critical support to drive greater efficiency, productivity, consistency, scalability, and impact. The successful candidate must be able to work directly, in a hands-on way, with multiple stakeholders and business teams, on multiple programs and projects at one time, as well as provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable. S/He needs to be passionate about his/her work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities, as well as superb communication and program/project management skills, and will be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. The candidate will also be required to deal with highly ambiguous problems, identify root cause, devise and drive towards simple solutions to complex problems. Roles and Responsibilities: • Act as an single owner in ESM team on business domain and own business goal setting and team executions. • Accumulate in-depth Seller learning under each profile and generate business insights to help Sellers grow. • Drive business insights generation and provide guidance to account management team to help generate actionable next steps, and improve account management efficiency. • Co-work with multiple stakeholder / business teams to develop new business initiatives and translate into execution • Structures work flow across the team to effectively implement each workstream & related operational activities • Develop, implement and automate new and existing processes in a standardized and scalable format, while leverage global resources to drive improvement based on local needs whenever possible • Innovate to improve Seller experience via continuously engagement with internal partners to drive business process improvement through deeply data analysis and seller engagement practice
Product Strategy & Development * Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered Seller Education experiences. * Identify and prioritize learning opportunities across the seller lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, growth, compliance, optimization). * Design and launch AI solutions (e.g., adaptive learning, content recommendation, conversational tutors) that improve learning outcomes and engagement. * Drive measurable improvements in Seller learning efficiency, satisfaction, and business impact. * Lead continuous product improvement using experiments, data insights, and qualitative feedback from Sellers and stakeholders. Technical Leadership * Partner with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI/ML and LLM-based learning features. * Define clear technical requirements, success metrics, and guardrails for AI-powered education workflows. * Oversee end‑to‑end product development cycles, from discovery and design through implementation and launch. * Promote data-informed decision making and experimentation across all product initiatives. Stakeholder & Program Management * Lead cross‑functional collaboration between product, program, tech, content, marketing, and operations teams. * Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior leadership, highlighting trade‑offs and impact. * Drive alignment and change management across CN and global teams to scale adoption of AI‑powered learning solutions. * Influence internal and external partners to co‑create high‑quality, localized, and relevant learning experiences for Sellers.
