NVIDIA is the world leader in GPU accelerated computing company. As a Solution Architect, you'll collaborate with the sales team to support our customers, including hardware and software platform. You'll establish relationships with top customers, tackle engineering problems, and help customers to build a successful NVIDIA practice. What you’ll be doing: • Assist field business development in guiding the customer through the design-win process for NVIDIA data center solution. • Working with customers, understanding requirements, and leading the discussions from architecture, schematics, simulation and layout to production. • Support customer on development of innovative HW, GPU and system architectures to extend the state of the art in machine learning performance and efficiency. • Review customers’ solution and design, support bring-up of customer designs, diagnose problems and seek to resolve technical issues. Handle in-depth hands-on engagement with customers on complicated projects of large scale data center. • Take an active role in assessing the technical details of customer projects. Build close technical relationship with customers & partners. • Collaborate across the company, work with NVIDIA worldwide hardware, software, application engineering, and product teams to lead technical activities and customer support. Guide the directions of NVIDIA product implementations.

In this role, you will engage and support design-in projects with major China OEM customers, focusing on integrating NVIDIA’s world-class networking portfolio (ConnectX, BlueField, and Spectrum Switches). As a Solution Architect, you will act as the technical bridge between NVIDIA engineering and our OEM partners. You will guide customers through the integration of next-generation networking into their server and storage platforms, ensuring seamless compatibility, performance optimization, and successful mass production. What you’ll be doing: • Lead OEM Design-in & Integration: Work closely with OEM customers to integrate NVIDIA networking products (e.g., CX8/CX9, CX6 Dx, BF3 DPUs) and Switch platforms (Spectrum-4/6 Blackbox & Whitebox) into their server lineups. • Architecture & Customization: Understand customer requirements to provide system-level architectural guidance. Lead technical discussions on system topology, thermal/mechanical constraints, firmware customization, and sideband management (NC-SI, PLDM). • System Bring-up & Support: Support customers during the bring-up phase of new server designs. Diagnose complex system-level issues involving PCIe, BIOS/BMC, firmware, and OS/Driver interactions. • Performance Optimization: Guide customers in optimizing network performance for AI, HPC, and Cloud workloads, ensuring the best integration of NVIDIA NICs and DPUs within their specific hardware environments. • Crisis Management: Handle in-depth hands-on engagement with customers to resolve critical technical blockers during the NPI (New Product Introduction) and production phases. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with NVIDIA worldwide hardware, firmware, software, and product teams to drive customer requirements and resolve issues. Act as the technical advocate for the customer within NVIDIA.

What you’ll be doing: • Assisting field business development in guiding the customer build/extend their GPU infrastructures for AI. • Help customers build their large-scale projects, especially Large Language Model (LLM) projects. • Engage with customers to perform in-depth analysis and optimization to ensure the best performance on GPU architecture systems. This includes support in optimization of both training and inference pipelines. • Partner with Engineering, Product and Sales teams to develop, plan best suitable solutions for customers. Enable development and growth of product features through customer feedback and proof-of-concept evaluations. • Build industry expertise and become a contributor in integrating NVIDIA technology into Enterprise Computing architectures.
