• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field; • 3+ years of full-time industry experience in robotics hardware or software full-stack; • Hands-on experience with deploying and debugging neural network models on robotic hardware; • Ability to implement real-time control algorithms, teleoperation stack, and sensor fusion; • Proficiency in languages such as Python, C++, and experience with robotics frames (ROS) and physics simulation (Gazebo, Mujoco, Isaac, etc.). • Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting robotic systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components. • Physically work on-site on all business days. Ways to stand out from the crowd: • Master’s or PhD’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field; • Experience at humanoid robotics companies on real hardware deployment; • Experience in robot hardware design; • Demonstrated Tech Lead experience, coordinating a team of robotics engineers and driving projects from conception to deployment.
工作职责
• Develop and optimize the control stack, including locomotion, manipulation, and whole-body control algorithms; • Deploy and evaluate neural network models in physics simulation and on real humanoid hardware; • Design and maintain teleoperation software for controlling humanoid robots with low latency and high precision; • Implement tools and processes for regular robot maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability; • Monitor teleoperators at the lab and develop quality assurance workflows to ensure high-quality data collection; • Collaborate with researchers on model training, data processing, and MLOps lifecycle.
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable ML training pipelines for training multimodal foundation models for robotics. • Collaborate with researchers to integrate cutting-edge model architectures into scalable training pipelines. • Implement scalable data loaders and preprocessors for multimodal datasets, such as videos, text, and sensor data. • Optimize GPU and cluster utilization for efficient model training and fine-tuning on massive datasets. • Develop robust monitoring and debugging tools to ensure the reliability and performance of training workflows on large GPU clusters.

This can vary from making targeted training for customers and other Solutions Architects, giving nice hands-on demos, writing whitepapers, blogs, and wiki articles, recording short videos, to simply working through hard problems with a partner on a whiteboard.

You'll establish relationships with top customers, tackle engineering problems, and help customers to build a successful NVIDIA practice. What you’ll be doing: • Assist field business development in guiding the customer through the design-win process for NVIDIA data center solution. • Working with customers, understanding requirements, and leading the discussions from architecture, schematics, simulation and layout to production. • Support customer on development of innovative HW, GPU and system architectures to extend the state of the art in machine learning performance and efficiency. • Review customers’ solution and design, support bring-up of customer designs, diagnose problems and seek to resolve technical issues. Handle in-depth hands-on engagement with customers on complicated projects of large scale data center. • Take an active role in assessing the technical details of customer projects. Build close technical relationship with customers & partners. • Collaborate across the company, work with NVIDIA worldwide hardware, software, application engineering, and product teams to lead technical activities and customer support. Guide the directions of NVIDIA product implementations.
