Understanding of application layer is desirable. In your career you have built strong experience with ARM platforms and knowledge in one or more operating systems - QNX, Linux. Ideally you have also worked with other platforms, embedded OS's and Hypervisors. • As software leader for a customer program you will be interfacing to key OEMs/T1s on all SW aspects related to a program - tracking requirements, releases, issues, coordinating technical workshops (including board bring up), and handling of escalations. One of the most important responsibilities of this position is to ensure that customer experience with the program team adds new value to their overall relationship with NVIDIA. • Internally, you will be working with other functional teams to manage software releases in support of customer requirements. This includes defining releases, driving features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation. • Be responsible for a successful delivery of the program while working as a team with a dedicated Program Architect, who will be helping with the technical aspects.

We are looking for a senior account manager to cover major auto OEMs. This account manager will work with the team to bring NVIDIA leading edge technologies and solutions to customers. What you’ll be doing: • Overall owner of NVIDIA Automotive OEM Sales in China, chasing design-wins, driving growth initiatives, market share penetration, and solutions-based upsell strategies • Evangelize NVIDIA autonomous driving solutions and bring NVIDIA's core value to auto OEMs and related Tier 1s • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that involve building relationships at the management level and expanding relationships in customer organization. • Build strategic, effective and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within the accounts you will cover • Ensure that teams are well-orchestrated and leveraged around accounts and opportunities, by communicating the strategy for each account, handing off opportunities to team members to allow them to effectively identify and develop opportunities and providing feedback as needed

Efficiently handle scope changes to minimize impacts on project timelines and outcomes. • Multi-functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison for the technical team in multi-functional discussions, ensuring alignment on project achievements and go-to-market strategies. • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and advance issues to leadership as vital. • Communication: Provide regular updates on program status, highlighting challenges and proposing solutions to internal partners, facilitating informed decision-making. • Continuous Improvement: Leverage insights and standard processes from completed programs to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes for future projects. • Continually improve processes, optimize workflow, and maintain the highest quality levels.
