• Drive business impact across multiple feature areas by defining success metrics, identifying long-term investment opportunities, and aligning with Microsoft’s AI strategy. • Own the roadmap for intelligent collaboration experiences, including Copilot integrations, and lead scenario walkthroughs and golden configuration development with partner teams. • Define and deliver feature sets that balance AI innovation with fundamentals like sync reliability, performance, and accessibility; facilitate usability reviews with customers and stakeholders. • Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate product development workflows, improve decision-making, and model best practices as an AI-native PM. • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to build and launch features at scale, including rollout plans, customer support strategies, and internal enablement. • Engage with customer communities, MVPs, and enterprise stakeholders to build trust, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for deprecation or iteration. • Collect performance metrics and form hypotheses to improve product quality and relevance, especially in areas with complex technical or compliance requirements.
• Work as product engineer to support the test floor of several manufacturing across China. • You will work remotely and travel to the different site as needed. • Build test infrastructure during NPI stage and work to bring up test line to MP. • You will be handling production infrastructure & jigs, support stability and quality with no production holds. • Maintaining high-quality product deliveries to customers by data and failure analysis. • Working on production issues and solving problem in our production in a short manner. • Characterize and implementing systems and procedures in the production line. • Drive the CM to full independency and responsibility. • Dynamically support line extension to increase test capacity. • Analysis production test performance to generate plans for cost saving. Improve Tier 1 training and tools.
• Develop and Manage Supplier Quality Systems: Establish and maintain comprehensive quality control plans, inspection methodologies, documentation (QMS, IQC/IPQC/OQC), and measurement system validations (MSA, GR&R, FAI/CpK) from development through mass production. • Lead Proactive Risk Mitigation: Conduct supplier process and product audits to identify potential risks. Implement preventive measures, training programs, and align specifications (MSOP, limit samples for cosmetic and color standards) to prevent defects. • Drive Root Cause Analysis and Correction: Lead meticulous problem-solving for quality issues using 8D, 5Whys, and DOE to find root causes and implement effective, validated corrective and preventive actions. • Oversee Product Reliability and Validation: Handle Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT), supervise failure analysis, and validate key assembly processes to ensure long-term product performance and quality. • Prevent Defect Leakage: Implement and lead Out-of-Box Audit (OBA) processes at suppliers to catch cosmetic and functional issues before products are shipped to the factory (FATP). • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary quality liaison between suppliers and internal teams (e.g., FATP team, engineering team) to drive improvements and ensure a smooth new product introduction (NPI) and mass production (MP) process. • Monitor and Communicate Quality Performance: Track key quality metrics, run major issue lists (MIL), and provide regular yield summary updates to stakeholders on supplier performance and improvement initiatives. • Develop and implement supplier training programs: Create operator training plans and production line qualification plans.
