NVIDIA’s Quality Team is looking for a Senior PQE that has a strong technical experience in the area of system data center, PCBA manufacturing/functional testing and customer complaint handling. You will be reporting to Product Quality Manager. What you’ll be doing: • Handling customer complaints • Performing hand-on failure analysis on system and board product. • Summarizing findings from analysis and working with cross-functional teams to drive for root cause and corrective actions • Utilizing data analysis tools for compiling ad-hoc or regular reports on product quality

• Build test methodology, infrastructure and flow to ensure board/tray/rack/cluster level alignment to manufacture specifications that affect yield , cost, performance, reliability&stability, thermal and power. • Craft test strategies for new features, including specifications and validation of test equipment and diagnostic software to bridge gaps between product design targets and manufacturing testability. • Create processes that improves quality/coverage key KPIs (DPPM, failure rate trends, etc) in our production screen flows. • Perform or automate test runs, analyze and visualize data to ensure a high-quality test, and guide debug for yield or escape issues. • Partner with test engineering and operations teams to implementing efficient manufacturable test solutions.
In this highly visible role, you will utilize your mechanical design engineering skills to bring products to the market. Your responsibilities as Mechanical engineers is to design next generation of input device products, portable and desktop computers, and modules to support the Mac and iOS product lines. Your responsibilities will span from technology development, concept generation to detailed design, analysis and testing through mass production ramp. Developing initial product layouts and new technology concepts. Detailed design of mechanisms and sensors Support technology investigations and development Building prototypes to validate function, manufacturability, and robustness Perform FEA or coordinate FEA activities to evaluate and optimize design concepts Analyze data generated from builds and lab experiments Participate in design reviews to generate and receive constructive feedback Perform tolerance analyses to predict performance of mechanisms, sensors, and cosmetic Create specifications, detailed design and 2D documentation of all parts and assemblies Work with operations teams to evaluate and develop supply chains capable of Manufacturing new subsystems and products Interacting with vendors to develop manufacturing processes and tooling concepts Define testing requirements and equipment and analyze the data produced Support build activities including finding root cause for failures and solutions for issues that impede build progress
