工作描述
任职要求
• MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in a related hardware engineering position, particular exposed/related to silicon perf, power, timing closure, reliability, electromigration closure etc
• Knowledge of chip and board level dI/dt analysis/mitigation techniques, including but not limited to DVFS and board PDN design background is highly desirable.
• Exposure to critical path analysis, power analysis, process technologies, transistor/device physics, silicon reliability and aging mechanisms.
• Background with product binning methods, performance/power optimization techniques, power supply and substrate noise analysis and mitigation.
• Exposure to digital design, circuit analysis, computer architecture, BIOS, drivers, and software applications.
• Previous experience with silicon bringup, frequency and power characterization, PPA in PreSilicon or PostSilicon phases, Tester to System correlation, lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, DAQ).
