• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in a related hardware engineering role, with strong exposure to silicon security and safety architecture, as well as analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit integration. • Deep understanding of GPU/SoC system-level architecture. • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams. • Hands-on experience with hardware-software interactions for initialization, fault handling, and debug, including but not limited to safety and security monitor circuits, reset and fault-handling architecture, fuse and register programming flows, post-silicon validation, and production test / ATE correlation. • Exposure to analog and digital design, circuit analysis, BIOS, drivers, and software applications. • Strong silicon lab experience, including silicon bring-up, frequency and power characterization, correlation, automation scripting, and use of lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, probes, and DAQ tools. • Excellent problem-solving, post-silicon debug, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with Perl, C/C++, tool and script development, and Windows/Linux environments is a plus. • Experience applying …
工作职责
• Develop end-to-end pre-silicon and post-silicon validation methodologies, processes, and workflows for system-level silicon security and safety circuit characterization, including voltage, clock, power and fault monitors/detection etc. • Drive the translation of new circuit features into clear productization requirements, dependencies, validation scope, and signoff criteria for silicon characterization test plans and productization methodologies. • Define validation strategies for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits, as well as new silicon features, with a strong focus on bring-up readiness and scalable execution. • Design and develop tools to automate characterization, data collection, test execution, and result analysis to improve efficiency, quality, and coverage. • Enable left-shift validation for next-generation product features by bringing up new flows, tests, and PVT solutions in pre-silicon on prior-generation platforms, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Work closely with system architects, chip and board designers, software and firmware engineers, HW/SW application engineers, process and reliability specialists, ATE engineers, product managers, sales, and operations teams to resolve blockers, align validation targets, and drive milestone readiness. • Continuously explore and apply innovative approaches, including AI-driven methodologies, to solve complex design challenges and improve validation quality, efficiency, and scalability. • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts that promote best practices and broader adoption of AI-enabled methodologies.
• Work proactively on GPU/SOC feature/IP bring-up and characterization including creating validation, tuning and optimization methodologies, develop proper test plan and test cases. • Perform system level use case analysis/profiling and feature return-on-investment investigations, prototype and validation, design methods and control policies to bring the new technology into production and transcend product goals. • Collaborate across System Architecture, DFT, ASIC, SW/FW, platform, validation, and production teams throughout the product life cycle on system-level architecture, design, productization, debugging, and deployment for complex silicon designs to improve quality, safety, and manufacturability. • Design tools/script to automate product definitions, data collection, test case execution, and results analysis. Provide detailed data analysis of functionality, performance, and latency. • Hands on actions on silicon bring-up, validation, and debug; Coordinate product level feature deployment to achieve high product quality at aggressive schedule.

The Assortment, Content & Ads Governance Team (ACAG team) is part of the Lazada’s Risk and Security, and it is charged with the mission of developing a comprehensive strategy for Lazada with regards to assortment, so as to foster a healthy and safe e-commerce environment for our users. The role is responsible for developing and implementing proactive strategies and operational processes to protect users from Assortment and Content related risks (Prohibited and Controlled Goods, IP infringement products, hate speech etc). You will have access to analytical tools to develop and implement strategies and solutions using data driven methodologies to mitigate the risks associated with platform assortment and content. Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of the eCommerce customer and seller journey, including registration and onboarding, product listing, order placement, payment, user interactions, returns and refunds, user reports and feedback, etc. - Develop subject matter expertise on eCommerce platform operation and governance, where rules, strategies, and enforcements are effectively established to ensure users are compliant with platform policies. - Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance platform policies and operational mechanisms, fostering a collaborative environment to support ongoing strategy refinement. - Work with large data sets to analyze patterns, trends, and modus operandi of platform operation and governance issues (as well as merchants who perpetrate these issues). - Make data-driven recommendations on prioritization of controls for platform governance and product compliance. - Collaborate with PD, Tech, and Algo counterparts to build machine learning models and rules to detect assortment and user related operation and governance issues on the platform. - Operate the risk engine, including the creation and continuous evaluation of rules to prevent and detect platform operation and governance issues. - Capture and communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders through dashboards, periodic reports, and presentations.
