1. 负责墨西哥分拨仓库及所有LMS 配送站点的安全管理与防损管理。 Responsible for safety and loss prevention management of NSC distribution warehouses and all LMS delivery sites in Mexico. Responsable de la gestión de la seguridad y la gestión de la prevención de daños en el almacén de distribución de México y todas las estaciones de distribución de lms. 2. 熟悉墨西哥当地安全、消防、仓储相关法律法规，确保运营合规。 Familiar with local Mexican laws and regulations on safety, fire protection and warehousing to ensure compliance. Familiarizado con las leyes y regulaciones mexicanas locales sobre seguridad, protección contra incendios y almacenamiento para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo. 3. 建立并执行Cainiao公司安全管理制度（机械安全、电气安全、施工作业等）、防损流程、风险控制措施，预防安全生产和防损事故。 Establish and implement Cainiao's safety management system（Mechanical safety, electrical safety, construction operations, etc）, loss prevention process, and risk control measures to prevent safety and loss prevention accidents. 1.As the head of operations, ensure warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost metrics meet expectations by effectively managing daily operations. 2.Collaborate with headquarters and regional functions to implement headquarters' standards for the warehouse, optimizing and improving areas such as staffing, systems, processes, materials, equipment, and layout. 3. Develop and implement warehouse operation plans based on customer needs to guarantee service delivery. 4.According to business demands, devise plans for overseas warehouse relocation, transitions, and construction of new facilities, overseeing projects from start to finish. 5. Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. 3. Communicate closely with internal and external warehouse customers, report to management and to group internal stakeholders 4. Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. 5. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. 6. Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts including automated sorting machinery; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. 7. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions, report to Management 8. Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 9. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in our CRM system. 6. Develop and support Channel Partners. 7. Identify, develop, and manage, strategic accounts. 8. Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies. This may include conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, setting clear sales objectives, devising action plans and timelines. 9. Occasional travel to client site and trade shows in and out of the country are needed.
