AMDATE Engineer

THE ROLE: ATE test program owner which owns wafer sort or final test insertion, developing and optimizing ATE test program for new coverage enhancement, test time reduction, new test method implementation, supporting production bring up, sustaining, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices. Working with regional teams extensively including product manager, project management, product engineering, DV, NPI, platform, software infrastructure team and hardware team on the test solutions optimization. THE PERSON: As the role of Test Engineer, we expect you could be self-motivation, creative thinking, and good communication skill in English KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CPU test program owner in Asia, develop and release ATE test program production Early involvement in pre-silicon and silicon out phase including test coverage evaluation, pattern review, test flow development, test hardware design, charz and program release Develop engineering program to support various product engineering activities Post-production product new OPN enablement to support business needs Identify test time reduction opportunities and execute TTR for cost reduction Test program yield improvement via test debugging or test flow optimization Test issue debugging and solution providing with global cross functional team Other duties as assigned by supervisor

SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - ATE THE ROLE: Asia test program owner that owns both wafer sort and final test insertion, developing and optimizing test program, supporting production bring up, sustaining, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices. Working with regional teams extensively including product manager, project management, product engineering, DV, NPI, platform, software infrastructure team and hardware team on the test solutions optimization.

• Architect essential next generation product features that are vital for performance, power optimization and management techniques all the way from feature definition to production; working with multi-functional teams. • Driving new feature initiatives across multiple business units, while translating noise aware circuits and performance requirements to hardware features, design requirements, silicon characterization needs and test requirements. Creating new system features and methodologies for Nvidia Silicon shipping into data center, consumer and automotive markets spanning broad areas.  • Prototype and fine-tune the features on pre-production silicon fabricated using state-of-the-art processes for circuit, speed, performance, power, yield and quality to define the world’s fastest products. • Build pre and post-silicon methodologies to characterize Analog, digital and Mixed Signal circuits, silicon features, correlate silicon behavior with simulations, and provide design feedback. • Work alongside system architects, chip and board designers, software/firmware engineers, HW/SW applications engineering, process/reliability specialists, ATE engineers, product managers, sales, and operations, in a multifaceted, high-energy work environment to bring industry-defining products to market. • Designing tools to automate characterization, data collection, test case execution, and results analysis. • Find creative solutions to complex silicon and system level problems and be on the frontline to lead show-stopper bugs, in order to enable product shipment.
