You’ll be part of Technical Lead team and take the role of software development engineer for ROCm on Radeon. Work on Radeon AI features readiness including feature enablement, performance optimization, and stack readiness to deliver the best experience for customer’s AI scenarios on AMD’s Radeon products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with global G&E Software teams and Custom Software Engineering teams to provide support and solution for the enablement of AI features on Radeon products to OEM/ODM/AIB customers. Deploy/Debug/Profile/Optimize AI models on CRB and customer platforms. Have a strong emphasis on meeting requirements regarding features and schedules. Coordinate closely with peers both locally and internationally to ensure timely and effective communication of all assigned work activities. Coach and mentor less experienced staffs. Influence others as a technical leader.
THE ROLE The Sales & Delivery application team is responsible for building applications to support Tesla's rapid growth while providing an amazing customer experience. The business covers the whole customer journey including discovery, ordering, vehicle fulfillment, ownership, charging and service. The application scope covers Tesla Web, App, Mini Program, internal tools, Tesla for Business and new product launch. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will own end-to-end development in a split frontend-backend architecture, bridging client-side experiences with scalable server-side APIs to power Tesla's customer ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, code, and maintain mobile and web user experiences end-to-end, including frontend interfaces and backend services. • Develop and maintain backend API servers using .NET/Golang, handling data processing, authentication, integration with databases, caching layers, event streaming, and search functionalities. • Optimize code for performance, stability, and maintainability across the full stack, including API scalability, error resilience, and monitoring. • Build, configure, and deploy backend API servers in a frontend-backend split architecture, with the capability to independently handle core infrastructure tasks (e.g., from initial setup to production rollout) while collaborating on system-wide integrations, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. • Work with a cross-functional team of frontend and backend software engineers, product teams, QA/validation, and designers. • Collaborate on integrating frontend components with backend services, troubleshooting issues across layers, and implementing features that leverage SQL for data persistence, Redis for caching, Kafka for real-time event processing, and Elasticsearch for search and analytics.
The Role As a Senior Product Manager of e-shop applications, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Tesla’s e-Shop applications, driving improvements in sales enablement, customer experience, system integration and backend infrastructure. As the key IT product owner, you will design and deliver advanced e-shop features that support sales growth, all while maintaining the speed and agility that defines Tesla. Responsibilities • Enhance existing features and design new functionalities to drive application capabilities that support sales growth and business expansion. • Work with US IT team to implement global rollout to China with local gap prioritized. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance the frontend interface and revamp the overall customer shopping experience. • Collaborate with the software engineering team to ensure end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within scope and on schedule. • Leverage AI capabilities to improve e-shop customer engagement and personalized experience • Develop internal tools that empower cross-functional teams’ (e.g., Order Ops, Finance) self-serve business operation and reduce reliance on engineering resources • Keep tracking and analyzing key performance metrics—including conversion rate, bounce rate, product return rate, and cart abandonment—and drive data-informed improvements
