The Role: We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement professional to join AMD’s Sales Organization to drive sales productivity and performance improvement. This role focuses on increasing seller skills & capabilities, the establishment & reinforcement of best practice sales behaviors, and the building of a coaching culture within the China sales team. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of AMD Enterprise Sales Enablement Team and interact directly with the Regional Sales Leaders in Greater China.
The Role: We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement professional to join AMD’s Sales Organization to drive sales productivity and performance improvement. This role focuses on increasing seller skills & capabilities, the establishment & reinforcement of best practice sales behaviors, and the building of a coaching culture within the China sales team. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of AMD Enterprise Sales Enablement Team and interact directly with the Regional Sales Leaders in Greater China.
1. Provide training and coaching for new hires, including business knowledge and procedure, call/email/chat handling process, platform features, soft skills training and organization culture.2. Provide refresh and upskill training for tenure advisor, including business and procedure update, soft skills and communication skills training.3. Manage and track training quality and effectivenessFollow training related SOPs, hand in training and coaching documentations in time to manage and report training progress.4. Training courses development such as new product/new system, soft skills training materials.5. Communicate/discover training needs, develop the training schedule.6. Class management and keep close cooperation with service teams to continuously output qualified employees in line with the job requirements for the team.7. Conduct training satisfaction surveys, get feedback from the trainees and analyze improvements and opportunities.8. Ability to work as part of a team or individually, with initiative.9. Complete other tasks and other training projects assigned by training supervisor.
• Design and execute test cases to evaluate RF performance of WiFi, Bluetooth, and other connectivity technologies , focusing on key user-impact metrics such as communication distance, throughput, latency, and stability. • Analyze test results to identify performance gaps and collaborate with hardware, software, and system teams to implement improvements. • Perform RF radiated and conducted testing in accordance with China regulatory requirements to ensure certification readiness. • Document and communicate findings clearly, providing actionable recommendations for product optimization and design feedback. • Define and operate RF and protocol testing environments, including spectrum analyzers, OTA chambers, signal generators, and Wi-Fi sniffers to validate RF and protocol performance.

You’ll make an impact by • To be responsible for driving regional commodity management, strategy management and supplier development for assigned commodity of indirect material • Regional annual cost saving target fulfillment with main strategic driver, like regional tender/RFQ, negotiation, and optimization project etc. • Design and organize tender, supplier day, negotiation, and finalize the frame and individual agreements and price • Trigger the sustainability and digitalization initiatives within the category • Manage supplier relationships, collaborate with regional business partners to align demands, requirements, build relationships and improve supplier performance • Analyzing and calculating independently market report, procurement cost, and business demands to develop proper strategies and corresponding action plan • To be responsible for tender implementation and dealing with complaints and escalation from business partners
