We are seeking a leader with 15+ years of experience in system development, silicon/platform engineering, product/program management. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of end-to-end engineering—from concept and architecture through validation and mass production—and has successfully driven complex, multi-site, cross-disciplinary programs. Experience managing China ecosystem partners (ODMs, OEMs) and navigating both business and technical engagement models is strongly preferred. You must be an exceptional communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment, builds trust across functions, and creates clarity in ambiguous situations.
