THE ROLE: Client system validation focuses on system solution validation AMD products of Desktop, Mobile and Workstation. The goal of the team is to ensure AMD APU/CPU product quality before releasing to customers and market and improve customers’ experience to lead to a positive sentiment for AMD brand globally. We are seeking an System Validation Engineer to lead scenario-driven, end-to-end validation for both commercial and consumer users. You will define and execute smart and data-driven validation strategies, own real-world experiences validation plan across enterprise and consumer domains, drive cross-functional closure to deliver robust, high quality AMD products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and execute test procedures to validate the design of client products Define end-to-end scenarios for Commercial (security docking, conferencing & manageability etc.) and Consumer (multimedia & gaming) domains. Establish validation quality matrix. Synthesize feedback from OEM/ODM partners, enterprise customers, gamers/creators, field/support data, forums/influencers, and telemetry to prioritize validation and product improvements. The candidate understands what the limitations of the platform are and can design and implement additional services or help optimize existing ones to meet the product requirements.
