工作描述
任职要求 专业背景： 本科及以上学历，电子工程、电气工程、车辆工程、自动化或相关专业，具备整车电子电气系统，特别是线束设计、线束工艺、电气架构或线束可靠性工程相关背景者优先； 熟悉汽车线束系统的关键技术要素，包括线束拓扑设计、接插件匹配、屏蔽与EMC、线径选型、防护等级（IP）、接地系统及线束耐久性验证等； 具备一定的编程与数据分析能力，熟练掌握Python、SQL、MATLAB等工具进行质保数据挖掘与趋势分析者优先；有Linux系统使用经验者更佳。 技术经验 ： 具备以下至少一项技术领域的实际经验：整车线束系统、电源管理、电气配电单元（PDU）、车载通信网络（CAN/LIN/Ethernet）、高压线束（适用于新能源车）、电气故障诊断等； 熟悉汽车电子常见的失效模式（如接触不良、短路、腐蚀、振动断裂等）及对应的分析方法（如断线分析、接触电阻测试…
