Minimum of 10 years of legal experience at a top-tier law firm or in a reputable in-house legal role, with substantial experience in commercial law and a proven track record in contract drafting and negotiation.
Licensed to practice law in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), with strong knowledge of PRC laws and regulations relevant to procurement, construction, and commercial operations.
Graduated from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
Native Mandarin speaker, with fluency in both spoken and written English.
Overseas education and/or work experience is preferred.
Possesses strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of relevant legal frameworks, while being able to clearly and effectively communicate legal concepts to non-lawyers within Tesla’s management team.
