THE ROLE Tesla's Aerodynamics & Aeroacoustics team is looking for an exceptional engineer to grow our capabilities and help us build a world of amazing abundance. You will be involved in the development of groundbreaking new products from their earliest conception, through to volume production and beyond, delivering unparalleled efficiency and ludicrous performance alongside uncompromising comfort, safety and reliability. The successful candidate will have a proven record of applying deep technical understanding to real world design problems to produce creative, effective, and cost-efficient solutions. You will work dynamically with cross functional partners in Design, Engineering and Program Management to meet challenging aerodynamics targets and redefine what is possible in the automotive, autonomy, and robotics industries. RESPONSIBILITIES · Working alongside Designers to define products that are as aerodynamically effective as they are aesthetically pleasing. · Developing aerodynamic and aeroacoustics concepts in CAD; evaluating and refining them using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and other numerical tools. · Defining and executing wind tunnel, road and track test programs. · Analyzing and documenting test and simulation results; presenting findings. · Exploring, defining and implementing innovative techniques to deepen data accuracy and fidelity. · Providing feedback to the Programs teams and Executives on aerodynamics and aeroacoustics attributes and development status. · Working with engineers to perfect part execution for aerodynamics and aeroacoustics and resolve design conflicts. Supporting Vehicle Dynamics, NVH, AP Hardware, Test and Modeling teams in vehicle level attribute optimization and characterization. · Developing tools and methods used within the Aerodynamics & Aeroacoustics team.

职位描述 1.负责前期外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统预研、对标等分析工作，完成前期方案制定； 2.负责外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统配置定义分析、造型分析、断面制作、BOM编制、软件功能逻辑编制、3D/2D数据制作及PDM录入； 3.负责编制外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件产品技术要求、协助采购完成供应商定点、签订技术开发协议、零部件级开发计划； 4.负责确认供应商开模方案、检具方案，编制DVP文件，完成零部件OTS认可、ESO认可，完成零部件试装及试验中的TIR/BIR、AUDIT等问题的整改，跟踪零部件设计变更进度、及对变更件的进行认可； 5.负责外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统轻量化、降本、价值提升及后期整改等工作； 6.负责外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统的技术积累、前沿技术跟踪和前瞻开发； 7.负责编制/修订外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统的技术标准、设计规范、SSTS、DVP、DFMEA、开发流程等技术文件； 8.配合采购、成本等职能部门进行产品经济性分析。
1. 负责螺旋桨及无人机整机的气动外形设计与优化，从外形和流动控制等角度专注于降低气动阻力，提高飞机的巡航效率； 2. 负责多旋翼无人机的气动噪声分析与降噪设计，配合无人机运营地区的噪声法律法规要求挖掘无人机的降噪潜力； 3. 组织多物理场问题的仿真与实验工作，开发和维护相关仿真工具，以支持流体力学、固体力学、运动学、电磁学、热力学等多学科耦合的设计优化。
- 负责整车空气动力学性能的开发工作，从气动性能角度为整车外形提供设计指导及优化方案； - 负责与汽车设计团队及工程团队的协调沟通来推动气动优化工作； - 负责统筹安排整车空气动力学性能开发过程中仿真与试验验证的工作； - 负责整车CFD仿真优化及算法开发验证，包含数据准备、仿真计算、结果分析及提出优化方案等工作； - 负责整车空气动力学风洞试验，包含油泥模型制作、试验样件制作、试验样车跟踪确认、试验方案准备、试验开展及试验结果分析等工作. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the development of the vehicle's aerodynamic performance, and provide design guidance and optimization from the perspective of aerodynamic performance; - Responsible for coordinating with the design team and engineering team to implement aerodynamic optimization; - Responsible for coordinating and arranging the CFD simulation and wind tunnel test during the development of the vehicle's aerodynamic performance; - Responsible for vehicle CFD simulation and methodology development, including data preparation, simulation calculation, result analysis and proposed optimization plan; - Responsible for vehicle aerodynamic wind tunnel test, including clay model preparation, RP model preparation, test vehicle preparation, test plan preparation, test running and test result analysis.
